While I am not an attorney and cannot offer legal advice, I will ensure your paperwork is

I cannot give advice about whether bankruptcy is the right decision for you, which chapter of
bankruptcy to file, or the outcome of your case. I can’t attend court hearings with you or
represent you in any way. However, I’ll make sure that you have everything you need to move
forward with confidence.

situation.
* Predict if your debt will be discharged.
* Offer advice on retaining specific property (e.g., home, car) during bankruptcy.
* Discuss tax consequences related to bankruptcy.
* Advise on which creditors to list or whether to enter into a reaffirmation agreement.
* Guide how to list your assets and exemptions.
* Handle any court fees related to your bankruptcy case.
* File the petition on your behalf with the courts.
* Attend any court proceedings with or on your behalf.
* Provide legal advice on bankruptcy procedures or your rights.
* Offer refunds if your bankruptcy case is dismissed (unless due to errors in the
documents I provided).
What I DO
* Collect the necessary information to prepare your bankruptcy documents and schedules.
* Prepare all required forms and schedules for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
* Create the matrix (required by the courts).
* Send your bankruptcy petition via USPS mail to the address you provide.
* Provide amended forms, if needed, after the case has begun (additional fees apply).
